This Privacy Policy explains how Medwiser Solutions LLC (“Medwiser”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website. It applies only to this website. Protected health information (PHI) we handle for clients is governed by our Business Associate Agreements with those clients, not by this policy.
This website does not collect patient information
Our website is for practice owners and administrators. Please do not send patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, account numbers, claim details or any other patient information through our forms, booking tool or email. If we receive patient information through this website by mistake, we delete it and do not use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, phone number, practice or organization name, specialty, number of providers, monthly claim volume, EHR or practice management system, the services you are interested in and your message.
Booking information. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email and the time you choose, and shares them with us.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting it.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether a quote request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies and does not receive the contents of your form submissions.
How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Website hosting and security (Cloudflare)
- Email delivery for form notifications and confirmations
- Consultation scheduling (Calendly)
- Website analytics (Google Analytics)
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, if we use one to track enquiries
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and any period required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after [retention period to be confirmed].
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing the address below.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics using your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools.
- Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection to our team inbox. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is one more reason not to send patient information through this site.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
